Ghost Cable provides a digital streaming network delivering Live TV, Video on Demand (VOD), and Pay-Per-View (PPV) content via internet protocol. We act as a network access provider; we do not independently host, upload, or own the copyrights to the media transmitted through our servers.

2. User Accounts and Security

• Account Integrity: When you create an account or purchase a subscription with us, you must provide accurate and complete information.

• Connection Limits: Your subscription is limited to the number of simultaneous connections specified in your purchased plan. Attempting to use a single-connection subscription on multiple devices simultaneously will result in automatic IP bans or account suspension by our network security protocols.

• Credential Protection: You are entirely responsible for safeguarding your portal URLs, usernames, and passwords. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party or post them in public forums. Ghost Cable will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

By joining the streaming rebellion, you agree not to use the Service to:

• Restream or Rebroadcast: You may not extract, restream, redistribute, or resell the Ghost Cable network feeds without an official Platinum Reseller Panel.

• Reverse Engineer: You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the security protocols of our servers or provided applications.

• Network Abuse: You may not use the service in any way that intentionally overloads, degrades, or harms the Ghost Cable infrastructure.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund or prior notice.

4. Payments, Renewals, and Refunds

• Pre-Payment: All subscriptions and reseller credits operate on a pre-paid basis. Service will only be activated upon confirmation of payment.

• No Auto-Billing: We do not automatically charge your payment method for renewals. It is your responsibility to renew your plan via our billing portal (https://ghostcable.short.gy/Order) before your expiration date to avoid service interruption.

• Refund Policy: Ghost Cable operates under a strict No Refund Policy. All sales are final once credentials are sent. We urge all users to utilize our Free 24-Hour Trial prior to purchase. Please review our full Refund Policy for complete details.

5. Service Availability and Quality

While we strive for a zero-buffer experience, Ghost Cable does not guarantee 100% uptime.

• Content Changes: Channel lineups, VOD libraries, and sports packages are subject to change, removal, or updating without notice.

• External Factors: We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by your local hardware, Wi-Fi signal, Virtual Private Network (VPN) routing, or intentional blocking/throttling by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

• Maintenance: We reserve the right to perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance on the network, which may cause temporary channel outages.

6. Reseller Terms (Platinum Panels)

Users who purchase a Platinum Reseller Panel agree to the following additional terms:

• Independence: Resellers operate as independent entities and are not legally affiliated with, or employees of, Ghost Cable.

• End-User Support: Resellers are solely responsible for providing technical support, billing, and communication to their own end-users.

• Provider Lock-In: Credits purchased for your Ghost Cable panel cannot be transferred to a different upstream provider. You must purchase all credit top-ups directly from your Ghost Cable admin.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ghost Cable, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

1. General No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our streaming services, all sales are final. Once a subscription, plan, or reseller credit is purchased and the server credentials have been generated and activated, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or prorated cancellations under any circumstances.

2. The Free 24-Hour Trial

We provide a Free 24-Hour Trial specifically so you can test the Ghost Cable network on your own devices and internet connection before making a financial commitment.

It is your responsibility to utilize this trial to ensure our service meets your expectations and is fully compatible with your specific hardware (e.g., Firestick, Nvidia Shield, Apple TV) and software applications (e.g., TiViMate, Televizo). Because this free testing period is readily available to all users, we do not issue refunds for post-purchase dissatisfaction or device incompatibility.

3. Technical Issues Beyond Our Control

Ghost Cable provides access to a premium streaming network, but we do not control your local digital environment. Refunds will not be granted for technical issues that occur outside of our direct server infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to:

• ISP Interference: If your Internet Service Provider (ISP) blocks, throttles, or restricts IPTV traffic.

• VPN Issues: Connection drops or slow speeds caused by your chosen Virtual Private Network (VPN) provider.

• User Hardware: Buffering or crashing caused by outdated devices, insufficient RAM, or poor Wi-Fi signals.

• Third-Party Apps: Misconfigurations, cache issues, or premium unlock requirements within third-party streaming applications.

• Standard Maintenance: Occasional temporary outages of specific channels or VOD links, which are a standard reality of the global streaming industry.

4. Reseller Panels & Credits

For users operating on the Platinum Reseller tier: all purchases of initial reseller panels and all subsequent credit top-ups are strictly non-refundable. Panel credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a different upstream provider, or refunded if you decide to cease operations.

5. Billing Errors

The only exception to this strict no-refund policy is in the event of a verified administrative billing error on our end (e.g., an accidental duplicate charge for a single transaction). If you believe you have been double-charged, please contact us immediately with proof of the duplicate payment, and the erroneous charge will be reversed.

1. No Hosted Content Ghost Cable (operating the WRAITH and BANSHEE networks) does not host, store, archive, or distribute any media files, video streams, or copyrighted material on our servers. We do not possess the server infrastructure to host video files, nor do we upload, download, or broadcast any of the channels or media accessible through our network.

2. Nature of the Service When a purchase is made through our store, the customer is strictly purchasing a digital connection credential (an API or M3U code). This code acts exclusively as a routing tool or directory, allowing the user’s personal third-party media player to access publicly available streams and broadcasts over the internet.

3. Third-Party Infrastructure All media, audio, and visual content accessible via our connection codes is hosted and transmitted by entirely separate, unaffiliated third-party servers. We have no control over, nor do we accept responsibility for, the content, routing, or broadcasting practices of these external servers. Ghost Cable operates solely as an indexer and access provider to these external directories.

4. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Compliance We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that any link or directory provided by our connection codes infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification.

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA takedown notice, our sole action and capability will be to remove the specific third-party routing link from our directory database.

To submit a takedown request, please provide the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

• Identification of the specific material (including exact URLs or IP paths) that is claimed to be infringing and needs to be removed from our directory.
